Dynamite (Chili Spring Rolls)
Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg ground beef
  2. 20 piece green chili
  3. 5 tbsp taco seasoning
  4. 1/2 head garlic, chopped
  5. 1 large white onion, diced
  6. 20 piece spring roll wrapper
  7. 1 cheddar cheese (sliced lenghtwise)
  8. 1 cup oil
  9. 1/2 cup water


Note: 20 servings

Procedures:

  1. Wash chilies and pat dry. Slice one side of the chili and remove seeds (make sure to wear gloves). Set aside.

  2. Heat pan and add about 3 tablespoons of oil. Add garlic, cook until golden brown. Add onions until cooked. Set aside.

  3. Cook and brown beef. Mix taco seasoning and cooked garlic and onions. Turn heat off and let it cool a little.

  4. Prepare and lay 1 wrapper on a flat surface. Stuff 1 green chili with a teaspoon or tablespoon of cooked ground beef mixture and add a slice/cut cheese. Roll stuffed chili in wrapper and secure sides with a bit of water.

  5. Fry chili using remaining oil for 3-5 minutes or until wrapper is golden brown. Serve with chili sauce or dip.
