Procedures:
2 piyaz ko fry krlane.is mein se 2 tbsp nikal ke goshat ke sath piss lane.AB GOSHAT KO AIK bartan mein nikal lane.ap is mein chane khaskhak ko piss ke goshat mein mix krlane.namak halka dalne kyon ke masale mein bhi dale ga lal mirch dahr tbsp. Dadr tbsp piss garam masal aur hara masala jis mein adram hari mirch aur podina ha. Half cup hara masal alag rakh lane baqi goshat mein mix krne sath hi boil meethi dana dal ke mix krlane.
